Sue now lives on a farm in Southern Wisconsin with her family, amidst chickens, dogs, cats, peafowl, turkeys, and pigs, from which she draws inspiration for art. After two successful solo exhibitions: ďA One Chick Show: Of Cocks and HensĒ (Oct. 2004), and ďThe Lives of Farm Dogs (Oct. 2005), featuring working farm dogs from south central and western Wisconsin, Sue continues to create oils, pastels, and etchings of farm life.
Sue has exhibited at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museumís International Birds in Art Show, the Wisconsin Biennial, solo exhibits at various locales, inclusion in the Dane County Cultural Affairs Commission annual calendar, and purchases by corporate collections such as Epic Systems and the UW Hospitals. Sue created two cows for Madisonís Cow Parade, and painted a violin for Art of Note.
