An exciting time for WVA

WVA Update

WVA is continuing to grow and be strong. Most of the chapter officers are staying the same but in the NE chapter there is new leadership with Bonnie de Arteaga and Pat Filzen becoming co-chairs. Thank you. We are very close to meeting our matching grant goal for our WVA endowment, which will put us over $50,000. Please contribute. This is an exciting time for us to set new goals for WVA to proceed into the next five years or more. Become involved. Look on the WVA website to find information about the juried statewide members exhibit that will be at UW-Parkside in spring 2012 and enter. New Wisconsin Artists Biennial committees are being formed for the Biennial in 2013. Itís fun and professionally worthwhile. The WVA magazine is under the capable hands of Aaron Wilbers while Doug Haynes is in Korea for the year and Doug will still be doing some of the website management via long distance. For personal website help, contact one of the WVA chapter officers to see who in your chapter might be able to help you.
