“Light” - WVA SE Chapter Invitational Exhibit
The power of perception is dependent upon the presence of light. Wavelengths of energy provide the magnificent array of color humans can perceive. We think of light in literal terms, such as natural or artificial light, but it is also used as a metaphor for spiritual illumination. The spiritual form is often referred to as the inner light, enlightenment, or truth. WVA Members exhibiting include; Christine Buth Furness, Jordan Acker Anderson, Gene Mihleisen, Tori Tasch, Audrey Dulmes. The exhibit collectively explores the concept of light through different artistic techniques, conceptual ideas, and visual imagery.
