About 45 artist/printmakers participated in this 4 day event at UW- Manitowoc. Blocks measuring as large as 32â€ťx 60â€ť were printed using the City of Manitowoc steamroller. WVA participants included; Christine Style, Dara Larson, Doug Haynes, Gena Selby, Lori Talbot-Hall, Stephanie Coupolos-Selle, S.V. Medaris, and Tori Tasch. The event was organized by Berel Lutsky (UW-Manitowoc), Ben Rinehart (Lawrence University), Katie Ries (St. Norbertâ€™s College), the Rahr-West Museum of Art, and the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum. Exhibition of the prints will at Rahr-West Museum in August, then at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum until the beginning of November. Prints will be on display for Wayzgoose 2016 at Hamilton. After that the prints will move on to Lawrence University and other venues TBD. Events like this are a great reminder of whatâ€™s possible when we collaborate and think BIG!
