Ellen Anderson resides in a cottage right on the Milwaukee River in Mequon. She has been an artist her whole life, and had a nationally sold greetings company for 15 years while also illustrating over 10 published children’s books and licensing designs for many products. She has illustrated for National Wildlife Federation. Her oil paintings have appeared in the Miller Art Museum in Sturgeon Bay, The Plymouth Art Center in Plymouth, the Covered Bridge Studio Tour by Cedarburg Artist Guild and the Hidden River Arts Festival in Brookfield and more. Now enjoying oil painting, Ellen's concentration is on light and color as seen in our natural spaces.
