The speaker this year will be Tom Jones, Assistant Professor of Photography, University of Wisconsin-Madison and the title of his talk is PEOPLE OF THE BIG VOICE: A PERSONAL VIEW. The Museum of Wisconsin Art is hosting a reception that will follow the talk and this event is open to the public.

WVALLA is a not-for-profit organization that promotes and recognizes Wisconsin artists, organizations, art museums, art galleries, and art centers for the excellent work they have done in advancing the visual arts in Wisconsin. Since 2004, there have been nearly 100 recipients of the Wisconsin Visual Artists Lifetime Achievement Award.
