The US State Department, Washington, DC has announced artist Jean M. Judd of Cushing, Wisconsin has been selected to have five of her artworks on loan to the US Embassy in Lima, Peru. Artwork selected for the embassy by the ambassador, Krishna R. Urs, includes: Choir of Angels Tapestry, Contaminated Water #7: Lily Pads, Flaming Grapes, Fractured ‘Gello #1, and Serenity Tree.

This opportunity is overseen by the Art in Embassies Program under the direction of the US State Department. Artwork is used to decorate the Embassy public rooms as well as the Ambassador's residence. Ms. Judd's textile pieces will be at the US Embassy in Lima, Peru for the next three to four years beginning in 2018.
